Below are the trades I placed this morning in the Trading Room. As you can see, I started at 8:36 Central time, right after the market opened. Notice that all the trades were under 5 minutes, with some only a minute or two.
I only made 7 trades, all winners in less than an hour, with profits of $2,625.00 before commissions and fees.
Do I ever have a losing trade or a losing day? Of course I do. But since January 1st, my account is up over $56,000, and most days I only trade 1 contract at a time in the NQ.
I trade the S&P from time to time also, but my favorite market is the NQ, and day margins are about $2.100 per contract, so you don't have to put up a lot of margin to trade it.
As you can see to the right was a day that I got really aggressive in the Trading Room. I was in my demo account and was teaching more than trading. I was showing everyone, if you happen to be in a losing trade but want to hold the position for a little while, how you can add contracts when the price rallies again when you were short.
